Here’s what this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

When you answer one of the questions on this site, like Start my search, What’s my home worth? or Plan both moves, you send me your name, phone number, email and the answers you choose to give, such as the towns you like or your home’s address.

If you use “A home in mind?”, the link or address you enter comes to me the same way, with your name and number.

There are no accounts, ads or ad trackers on this site. It remembers a few of your choices, like a move date you pick, on your own device so the pages stay in step. Those choices never leave your browser.

How I use it

Only to help you: to reply to you, set up your home search, prepare your price range and talk through your plan.

Calls, texts and email

When you send your information, you agree that I can call, text or email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.

Who else handles it

Only the tools I use to do the job. My website host, Netlify, receives what you send, and my client database, Follow Up Boss, keeps it so nothing slips through the cracks. Zapier is the service that connects the two.

If we work together, your information is shared only as your move requires, for example with your lender, the title company and Close Point, which coordinates closings for my clients.

What I never do

I never sell your information, and I never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

If anything here changes, the date at the top changes with it.
